ООО «GET IT» provides protection and compliance with current legislation in the field of processing and protection of personal data. The "Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy" (hereinafter "Policy") describes in detail what kind of information we collect to provide our services to you, and how this information is processed.

The text of this document contains the following terms:

"Personal Data" is information relating to an identified person (i.e., an individual);

«OOO "GET IT"» - including its separate divisions and affiliated companies;

"Applicant" is an individual who is not an employee of OOO "GET IT", who has consented to the processing of his/her personal data in order to facilitate employment.

Since OOO "GET IT" is a personnel holding, your personal information may be available (transferred) to other separate divisions or affiliated companies of OOO "GET IT". All of them are bound by confidentiality agreements and a unified approach to the rules of personal data processing and protection.

Measures used to protect personal information

In relation to applicants, OOO "GET IT" strictly adheres to ethical principles and the principle of confidentiality. Addressing the employees of OOO "GET IT", you can always rely on the fact that any personal information received from you will be treated as confidential.

OOO "GET IT" takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the processed personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

Personal data received and processed by OOO "GET IT"

In the current Policy, personal data means:

- personal data that the Applicant provided about oneself when filling out the resume form on the website of OOO "GET IT", which was sent to OOO "GET IT" via e-mail or was provided during a personal visit to one of the holding's offices. Typically, this includes:

  • information on work and general experience;

  • information about wages;

  • information about social benefits;

  • information about one's specialty;

  • information about the position and place of work, as well as about previous work places;

  • address of residence;

  • contact details (home and mobile telephone, e-mail address);

  • information about education;

  • information containing materials on advanced training and retraining, professional certificates and testimonials;

  • other information that the Applicant deems necessary to provide for the purpose of Employment.

Personal data is stored until the Applicant's withdrawal of consent for the processing of his/her personal data is received.

OOO "GET IT" does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the Applicant. OOO "GET IT" assumes that the Applicant provides reliable and sufficient information about oneself and keeps this information up to date. The processing of personal data is terminated if there are serious grounds for assuming that the data provided by the Applicant is incorrect.

Personal data processing and transfer to third parties

In accordance with the law, the processing of personal data means any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) with or without the use of automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal date;

The processing of personal data in OOO "GET IT" is the placement of Applicants' personal data in a structured format that allows to search and analyze such information when selecting candidates and submitting them for certain positions to potential employers who are clients of OOO "GET IT".

The Applicants' personal data is transferred for the purpose of employment only to the clients of OOO "GET IT", the potential employers. When transferring the Applicants' personal data, the clients of OOO "GET IT" are given notice about the confidentiality of the information transmitted.

The procedure for processing your personal data, as well as the rights and obligations of each participant in this process are layed out in the offer. The Applicant's Consent with the terms of the Offer Agreement will imply unconditional consent to the processing of personal data.

Obtaining consent to the processing of personal data

According to the law, any company processing personal data must obtain the consent of their owner for such processing. The owner of personal data, who has previously given such consent, may withdraw it by issuing an official withdrawal of consent.

The owner of personal data makes the decision on the provision of his personal data and agrees to its processing freely, by his own will and in his interest. Consent to the processing of personal data must be specific, conscious and informed.

Drawing up the withdrawal of consent

In case of your refusal of proccessing of personal data, we will be obliged to stop processing it.

Sometimes Applicants understand refusal of personal data processing as reluctance to consider a particular vacancy, or reluctance to receive information from recruiters, since they are not looking for a job. This is not quite the correct interpretation of the law.

It makes sense to take such a step in cases where you are firmly convinced that the specialists of OOO "GET IT" can never be of use to you.

If you are currently employed and you are not planning on changing your job in the near future, there is no need to issue an official withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data. Just inform an OOO "GET IT" employee about your unwillingness to receive any information about new vacancies during, for example, the next year. A OOO "GET IT" specialist will put this preference into the information system, and you will not be disturbed before the deadline indicated.

If your wish to issue an official withdrawal of consent is associated with a single unsatisfactory assessment of the work of any of our employees, this is also no reason to refuse to work with the entire company. We pay constant attention to improvement of our employees' qualifications, and your feedback is very important to us. As prescribed by the legislation on the protection of personal data, within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of receipt of the written letter, we will stop processing your personal data. You will receive a confirmation of the termination of the processing of your personal data.
